Donation Requests

Bonfyre American Grille  is asked to support many exceptional charitable causes and events each and every year. While we make every effort to support as many requests as possible, due to the number of requests we receive on a weekly basis we are simply unable to accommodate all of them. We ask that you carefully read our donation policies below before sending in your request.

Our requirements are as follows:

• Your donation request must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the day of the event or organization needs the item.
• Your organization must be located within the state of Wisconsin
• We require that all donation requests be typed and submitted on formal letterhead of the event or organization making the request.
• Once we receive your donation request, there is a 2 week submission process that allows us to see if we are able to accommodate your request. If you do not hear back from us after that 2 week time period, we were unable to accommodate your request. 

Donation Requests may be sent via e-mail to info@bonfyregrille.net, or mailed directly to Bonfyre Grille at 2601 West Beltline Hwy, Madison, WI, 53713.
